My name is Marissa Neuman and my two middle names are Chris and Zain. Zain is my mother’s maiden name and represents the lineage with which I most identify. I use Chris Zain as an artist name for exhibitions purposes but most people know me as Marissa. I both love and appreciate both names, you may call me either.
